Values

As part of the Management Development Program at Spin Master, Vanessa participated in a leadership exercise that moved her deeply. After being challenged to write her personal life story in under 15 pages, this story was then analyzed to determine her core values. Vanessa strives to integrate these values into her work and leadership activities.
